1-2-1 Consultancy TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of one-to-one consultancy sessions (“Services”) by Big Little Content Ltd (“the Provider”) to the individual or entity booking such sessions (“the Client”). By booking or participating in a session, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Session Format
The Services are delivered on a one-to-one basis via video conference (Zoom, Google Meet, or an equivalent platform). Each session shall be forty-five (45) minutes in duration, with up to sixty (60) minutes allocated to allow for reasonable overrun. Sessions are held on Mondays, or occasionally Tuesdays, and shall not take place on weekends.Eligibility and Transferability
Sessions are intended for the Client. Attendance by colleagues, or transfer of a session to another team member, is permitted provided that this is communicated to the Provider in advance.Frequency and Redemption
Sessions are redeemable once per calendar month. Sessions may not be rolled over, accumulated, or combined, save where expressly agreed with the Provider in writing. Competition winners must redeem sessions on a month-by-month basis commencing from the date of the award. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward.Cancellations and Rescheduling
The Client must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so shall result in the session being forfeited. In the event that the Provider is required to cancel or reschedule, an alternative mutually agreed time shall be arranged.Payments and Refunds
For paying Clients, one (1) month’s notice is required to terminate ongoing consultancy. All payments are strictly non-refundable. No cash or financial alternative is available in lieu of consultancy sessions.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality in respect of all information disclosed during sessions. The Provider shall not record sessions; however, the Client may, at their discretion, record, screenshot, or take notes for personal use only.Technical Issues
In the event of technical difficulties preventing delivery of a session, the Provider shall coordinate with the Client to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the session at no additional cost.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are tailored to the Client’s business objectives. The Provider makes no representation or warranty as to the achievement of any specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or any consequential or indirect loss arising from the Client’s use or application of advice provided during consultancy sessions.
