One to one consultancy and in person training terms

These terms govern one to one consultancy sessions and in person training delivered by Content Kweens Ltd trading as Big Little Content (“the Company”, “we”) to the person or business booking them (“the Client”). They sit alongside our main terms and conditions. By booking or attending a session you agree to both.

1. Session format

1.1 One to one consultancy is delivered by video call (Zoom, Google Meet or equivalent). Each session lasts forty five minutes, with up to sixty minutes allowed for reasonable overrun. Sessions normally take place on Mondays, occasionally Tuesdays, and never at weekends unless agreed in writing.

1.2 In person training, bespoke workshops and other on site sessions are delivered by Ben Lifton or an authorised contractor at the Client’s salon, academy or another agreed venue. A session normally runs over a single day between 10am and 4pm unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Who can attend

2.1 Sessions are intended for the Client. Colleagues may attend, and a session may be transferred to another team member, provided we are told in advance.

3. Frequency and redemption

3.1 Sessions are redeemable once per calendar month. They cannot be rolled over, accumulated or combined unless we agree in writing. Competition winners redeem sessions month by month from the date of the award. Unused sessions are not carried forward.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

4.1 The Client must give at least forty eight hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Without that notice the session is forfeited. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we arrange an alternative time by agreement.

5. Payments and refunds

5.1 Paying Clients must give one month’s notice to end ongoing consultancy. All payments are non refundable. No cash or other financial alternative is offered in place of sessions.

6. Confidentiality and recording

6.1 Both parties keep everything discussed in a session confidential. We do not record sessions. The Client may record, screenshot or take notes for personal use only.

7. Technical problems

7.1 If a technical problem prevents a session going ahead, we arrange an alternative or reschedule at no extra cost.

8. Results and liability

8.1 Sessions are tailored to the Client’s business. We do not promise any specific result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from how the Client applies the advice given. The liability cap and other protections in our main terms apply.
